Drive it like you hate it
Amil Gargano said "Drive a Volvo like you hate it.", and there was one guy in America who was doing exactly that. Through our small space, users were able to experience nearly 3 million miles worth of memories. 
In 1962 Paula Green wrote "We Try Harder" and to this day Avis lives by that moto. To bring that level of commitment to customer service to the 21st century a whole new set of tools had to be created.
